Kristian Chanel will have work showcased in the d.Tree 2022 Exhibition.

“The d.Tree Studio is a collaboration between the Charles H. Wright Museum and Collage for Creative Studies, Detroit, that brings together creative inquiry, craft, sustainability, and community vision and storytelling.

This experimental studio curriculum has been two years in the making, designed by both institutions to explore how designers and artists can learn from the wisdom of trees through the lens of African material culture, and African American experiences in Detroit.”
